WisdomTree Amends Bitcoin ETF App, Appointing US Bank as Custodian


New York-based asset manager WisdomTree amended its exchange-traded fund application with the Securities and Exchange Commission to name US Bank as its custodian.

In a filing Wednesday, WisdomTree listing US Bank National Association as the custodian of the shares of its Bitcoin (BTC) trust. The filing is an amendment to its March 11 registration for a spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund, or ETF, submitted to the SEC ahead of US Bank offering crypto custody services for institutional investors.
